Signija has previously worked in Aviation and Energy sectors, where she was responsible for talent management, strategic HR planning and fostering inclusive workplace cultures amongst other essential HR responsibilities.
Signija’s passion is to create people – centric solutions and this will be invaluable as we continue to grow and enhance our workplace environment.
Outside of work, Signija loves interior design and can often be found creating beautiful spaces in her home.
