Location : Tunbridge Wells and Cranbrook
We have two positions to join our growing Residential teams in Tunbridge Wells and Cranbrook offices. We are looking for motivated Solicitors, licensed Conveyancers or Legal Executives with a passion for property law and client care to make your mark in a role that offers high quality legal work without the burnout of “Big Law”.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a variety of property conveyancing matters – freehold, leasehold, new builds, shared ownership & land transactions.
- Liaise with estate agents and financial advisors to ensure smooth transactions.
- Deliver clear, client-friendly advice on complex legal issues.
- Manage financials including cashflow, quotations, and billing.
- Build strong, lasting client relationships and contribute to business development
About You
We’re looking for someone who has:
- 1+ years PQE in residential property law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a drive to exceed client expectations.
- Tech-savvy and open to learning new tools and techniques.
- Experience in commercial property is a bonus
